Shortly after its founding in 1980, WALI GROUP established RASHEED FARMS and store houses which are known as RASHEEDA BAD STORE HOUSES situated at Rasheed-a-bad, Ubarou District Ghotki Sindh. We are engaged into Cotton Ginning business since 1974.

Years of vast agriculture experience, together with ambitious and dedicated R&D, have enabled WALI GROUP to obtain a license in 1998 from Federal Government of Pakistan for multiplication, production, processing and distribution of quality seed of various crops for its firm RASHEED SEED CORPORATION. Since then RASHEED SEED CORPORATION has been working with different local companies including ENGRO CHEMICAL PAKISTAN LTD to produce quality seed of various crops.

Wali Corporation was founded in year 2000 as part of WALI GROUP to deal with import and export of different products including, agricultural products, toys, cosmetics, jewellery, perfumes, leather items, furniture, garments and food products etc.

Today, WALI GROUP owns RASHEED FARMS comprising of 300 acres agricultural land along with Seed processing unit installed at farm, RASHEEDABAD STORE HOUSES built on 12.5 acres in SINDH, RESEARCH CENTRE built on 8 acres with Seed Processing Unit and ware house facility in Industrial Estate Multan PUNJAB ,WALI SHOPPING MALL a display centre with departmental store and restaurant facility, WALI HOUSE a modern building with the covered area of 12000 square feet rented to local school chain with above 50 employees and a strong distribution presence in different cities of PAKISTAN.
